Setup guide · Follow the steps in order

VPNPM Connection Setup

Choose a plan first, then get your subscription from the user panel and import it into a client. Follow the steps below in order; if your app uses different labels, you can still find the equivalent options.

Depending on the platform and version, the same option may be called “Add Subscription,” “Import from URL,” or “Import Configuration.” Start with the subscription details from the user panel, then find the matching option in your client. Never paste subscription details into a public page.
Account

Create an Account

Select “Start Free” on the page to open the user panel sign-up page. Enter the username and password you want to use, then submit the form as prompted. VPNPM does not require an email address, so just keep track of the login details you choose. Check your username for typos and save your password securely. You’ll use the same account to view plans, get your subscription, and submit support tickets.

After you finish creating your account, the page will take you to the user panel. If you closed it, select “Log in” on the right side of the site navigation to return. Make sure the panel shows the account you just created before choosing a plan. This keeps your order and subscription under the same account. If your login details don’t match, don’t create another account straight away. Check what you entered, then see the account guidance in the Help Center.

You don’t need to install a client or look for server files yet. Your account manages your plan and subscription; the client handles the connection. Set up the account first so you have a clear starting point for the next steps.

Plan

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

After logging in, open the plans page in the user panel. Choose between a monthly plan and a data package based on how you expect to use the service. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the day you activate the plan. If you prefer to pay by usage, choose a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.

Open the plan you want and check its name, price, and data allowance on the confirmation page. Then follow the panel’s steps to place your order. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. The options and instructions shown on the order page at the time of purchase are the ones to follow. After paying, return to the panel and check that your plan status has updated. If it still shows as pending, check your order history; don’t assume the subscription is active just because the payment page closed.

You don’t need to guess which server will be fastest before setting up your account. Choose a plan based on your data needs, then try other regions or servers after connecting if needed. Upgrades to a monthly plan partway through the term convert the price difference into remaining days; check the user panel for details of your order. VPNPM offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for full terms. Once your plan is active, find your subscription in Account Overview.

Subscription

Get Your Subscription in the Panel

Open Account Overview in the user panel. Check your current plan and data first, then look for the subscription or client import option. A subscription isn’t a set of server details you need to copy by hand. It lets compatible clients retrieve the server list associated with your account. The panel provides import options for supported clients. Use the options there rather than copying generic subscription URLs from search results.

If the panel offers a copy link button, copy the link and paste it into “Import from URL” in your client. If there’s a button to open the client directly, follow the confirmation prompt on your device. Both methods do the same thing; use whichever matches the client you installed. Subscription details are tied to your account, so keep them secure like a password. Don’t post them in group chats, screenshots, or public documents. This guide doesn’t show real subscription URLs, and you shouldn’t send your link to someone else to set up.

If you can’t find the subscription option in Account Overview, first check that you’re logged into the account used to place the order and verify your plan status. If the order and plan details don’t match, submit a ticket through the panel and include the information shown on the order page. Don’t keep importing old configurations and hoping they work. Once you have the import details from the panel, continue with the steps for your platform.

Client

Import into a Client for Your Platform

Get a client and installation instructions for your device from the client download page in the user panel. Client downloads and subscription delivery are handled in the panel; this page doesn’t provide standalone installers. Install and open the client, then use the import method from the previous section. VPNPM supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The steps below cover the most common devices.

Windows: Add Your Subscription

Open the client you downloaded from the panel on Windows. Look for “Subscription” or “Configuration” in the sidebar or settings. Choose Add Subscription, then select Import from URL or use the method provided by the panel to open the client. Save your changes and select “Update Subscription” or “Refresh Servers.” When regions and server names appear in the list, the subscription has been imported. If the list is empty, check your plan status in the panel and make sure the link wasn’t cut off when copied. Don’t change your system network settings just yet.

macOS: Check the Import and System Permissions

Install and open the client provided by the panel on macOS. You can usually find “Subscription Management” in the main window or menu bar. Add the subscription details from the panel, save them, and refresh the list. The first time you connect, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration access. Read the system prompt and allow it if needed, then return to the client and choose a server. If the interface appears to switch after you connect but web pages don’t change, check that the client still shows a connection and that system permissions are in place before moving on to the connection check.

Android: Keep the Client Running in the Background

Get a compatible client through the download link in the panel on your Android device. Open it and look for “Add Configuration” or “Import Subscription.” Use the link or import option provided by the panel, refresh the list, and choose a server. The first time you connect, Android will ask you to approve the VPN connection. Make sure the prompt is for the client you just installed, then follow the instructions. Battery-saving settings on some devices can restrict background activity. If the connection drops when you switch apps, check background permissions in the app’s battery settings. Menu names vary by device, so follow the options shown on your device.

iOS: Use the Method Provided in the Panel

On iOS, first check the client download page in the panel for the available installation method, then install and open the client as instructed. Look for “Add Subscription” or another import option in the client. Use the details from the panel and wait for the server list to refresh. The first time you connect, iOS will ask you to approve a network configuration. Check the app name and follow the prompt. If tapping the import button in the panel doesn’t open the client, copy the link from the panel and look for the import-from-link option in the client instead. Don’t open subscription details directly in your browser’s address bar.

Linux users can also check the panel’s download page for available clients and their import instructions. Options vary between desktop environments, but the order is the same: install a client, import the subscription from the panel, refresh the server list, then choose a server and connect. Don’t assume the Linux interface works exactly like the one on another platform. Once the client shows the server list, you’re ready to connect and check your connection.

Check

Connect to a Server and Check

Choose a region that suits the service you want to access, then connect in the client. For your first connection, start with a familiar region and check that you can connect before comparing server types. A “Connected” status in the client is only the first check. Open the network test page to see whether your current exit location matches the selected region, then try the site or app you plan to use. Checking the client status, test results, and whether the service opens together makes it easier to pinpoint an issue than relying on the connection icon alone.

If the test page still shows your previous exit location, first make sure the selected server is connected. Then check whether the client is using global or rule mode. In rule mode, the client’s configuration determines which requests use the server, so one site may not reflect how all traffic is routed. To check a particular app, test it directly. If the exit region is correct but the service still reports a region mismatch, try another server in the same region and reload the page. Region detection varies between services, and a server’s location doesn’t guarantee that specific content will be available.

If you can’t connect, can connect but can’t open web pages, can’t update your subscription, or lose the connection when a mobile app goes into the background, note your device platform, the server name shown in the client, the selected mode, the affected page, and the steps that led to the issue. Then check the Help Center for quick fixes by symptom, or use the troubleshooting guide for step-by-step help. If the issue persists, submit those details through the ticket form in the user panel to help diagnose it. Don’t include complete subscription details in public ticket screenshots.

Once you’ve checked the connection, everyday use usually means opening the client, refreshing the subscription, choosing a region, and connecting. To set up another device, use the same account and start from the download link in the panel for that device. VPNPM has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. Your subscription, plan status, and order details are shown in the user panel. Server descriptions on the website can help you choose, but they don’t replace the client’s current connection status.
