Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNPM uses data when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, managing accounts and orders, and maintaining this website. Account details, website analytics, and route usage data serve different purposes, as outlined below.

Data We Collect

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNPM processes usernames, password credentials used to verify logins, and account status to identify accounts and provide subscription services. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.

When an order is placed, the system stores the selected plan, payment status, transaction records, and subscription-related usage information. These records are used to deliver the service, display billing details, process refund requests, and review disputes. The website may also record page visits, browser type, and basic access events to check that pages are working properly and troubleshoot website issues. Website analytics are not the same as browsing records within a route.

How We Use Data

Account data is used for login verification, subscription management, and account security. Order data is used to confirm service entitlements, verify payment results, and respond to transaction-related requests. Subscription usage information is used to display remaining data, apply plan rules, and help troubleshoot billing issues. VPNPM uses this data only as needed to provide these functions, and does not use website analytics to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity on a route.

If troubleshooting assistance is needed, users can submit a problem description through a support ticket in the user panel. Screenshots or text supplied in a ticket may contain additional information. Please redact private details unrelated to the issue before submitting.

Route Logs

VPNPM follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through its routes, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing history. As a result, there is no retention period for logs of individual browsing or connection histories. Subscription status and data usage in an account are service management records and should not be confused with browsing content or connection logs.

If a route has an issue, try switching routes and checking the troubleshooting guide. For further assistance, describe your device platform, selected route type, the issue, and roughly when it occurred in a support ticket. There is no need to submit browsing history.

Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, and essential interface settings. This allows account status and selected preferences to persist between pages. After clearing this storage, users may need to log in again or reselect their preferences.

Browsers generally offer options to view, restrict, or clear cookies and local storage. Disabling storage required to maintain a login may affect the normal use of the user panel. The no-logs policy for routes does not change based on whether the browser retains these local settings.

Payments and Data Retention

VPNPM supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services, which may process information needed to complete transactions according to their own rules. VPNPM receives the transaction results needed to verify orders and activate services; users are not asked to submit payment account credentials on this website. Please also read the applicable privacy information before using a payment service.

Account and subscription records are retained while the service is being provided. Order and support ticket records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, or meet applicable retention requirements. Once these purposes have been fulfilled and retention is no longer necessary, VPNPM will delete or de-identify the relevant data. Retention periods vary by record type, purpose, and applicable requirements; this policy does not assign one fixed period to all data.

Deletion Requests and Policy Updates

To access, correct, or request deletion of account-related data, log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket, specifying the categories of data you want handled. VPNPM will verify account ownership and explain what can be deleted. Records still needed for transaction verification, dispute handling, or applicable requirements may not be eligible for immediate deletion. Clearing local storage in your browser only removes information saved by that browser; it does not automatically delete account or order records.

If service processes or data handling practices change, VPNPM will update this page and the “Last updated” month at the top. Please refer to the current version of this page. Users will be notified in an appropriate place when there are important changes to data handling practices.
